If so join Foundever to work with our client, Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint, Credit Karma and Mailchimp. You will join the Customer Success team as a Customer Success Expert. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals and we’re looking to grow our team of talented individuals.

This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer success and sales. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.

As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.

*Key Details!*

* *Salary:* £24,375.00 per year – Monthly paid (£12.50 per hour)
* *Schedule:* 37.5 per week – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 20.00
* *Contract length:*37.5 hrs p/w – Permanent
* *Training:* Training onsite – 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
* *Production*: Onsite only
* *Expected start date: 5th February 2024*

*What we need from you in order to be successful?*

* A willingness to learn new skills
* Strong customer service skills from a previous role including face to face
* Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers
* Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
* A willingness to work with customers and address their needs
* Experience in regulated industry such as insurance or banking is a bonus.
